By accessing or using travelingbear.io and any related services (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service or purchase Traveling Bear NFTs. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
When you purchase a Traveling Bear NFT, you own the NFT — meaning the unique token recorded on the Polygon blockchain. This ownership grants you: the right to display the NFT artwork for personal, non-commercial use; the right to sell or transfer the NFT on compatible marketplaces; and access to the AI bot features, mission game, and other holder benefits described on the website. NFT ownership does not grant you ownership of the underlying artwork, intellectual property, or any rights to the Project Bethany universe beyond personal display rights.
The Traveling Bear NFT artwork, the AI bot system, the mission game, the Bear Dossier system, all website content, and all elements of the Project Bethany universe are owned by or licensed to Traveling Bear NFT and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of these materials without our express written permission.
The AI bot associated with each NFT is provided as a feature of NFT ownership. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. AI bot responses do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. You use AI-generated content at your own risk. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue AI bot features with reasonable notice to holders.
AI bot usage is subject to daily Energy limits as described on the website. Subscription fees (Traveling Bear Pro, Traveling Bear Studio) are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
You agree not to: use the AI bot to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the mission game system; engage in prompt injection attacks on any part of the Service; use the Service to harass or harm other community members; create fake wallets or accounts to fraudulently claim evolution points; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You understand and accept that: blockchain transactions are irreversible; NFT values can go to zero; smart contracts may contain bugs despite our best efforts; Polygon network congestion can delay transactions; and we are not responsible for losses resulting from wallet compromises, lost private keys, or user error.
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traveling Bear NFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of NFTs.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to holders through our official Discord server and by updating this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
